1. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
- Shipping Method: We provide standard shipping services through trusted carriers.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.
2. International Shipping
- Service Areas: We offer international shipping to select countries/regions. Please refer to our website for the latest list of serviceable areas.
- Duties and Import Taxes: All import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping charges.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and customs processing time.
🔺 Risk of loss and title pass to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier. ROFNY is not responsible for customs delays, legal restrictions in the destination country, or lost shipments once transferred to the carrier.

4. Payment Security
- ROFNY uses SSL encryption technology to protect your personal and payment information during transmission.
- High-value orders or first-time transactions may require additional identity verification and extended processing time to ensure the security of both parties.
5. Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive the following notifications:
- Order Confirmation Email: Sent after order is successfully placed
- Payment Confirmation Email: Sent after payment is completed
- Shipping Confirmation Email with Tracking Number: Sent once the item has been dispatched
🔁 Returns Policy
6. General Return Terms
All sales are final due to the pre-owned nature of our luxury items. Returns and exchanges are not accepted, except in the following cases:
- The item significantly differs from its description
- The item is proven to be inauthentic by a certified third-party or brand authenticator
Returns based on subjective reasons (such as size not fitting, not meeting expectations, or minor imperfections) will not be accepted. Please carefully review the item description and condition details before placing your order.
7. Return Deadline and Process
- Submit your return request within 5 business days of receiving the item
- Provide supporting documentation (e.g., brand or third-party authentication report)
- ROFNY reserves the final right of decision on whether to accept a return, refund, or offer compensation
- If approved, items must be returned in their original packaging and original condition
🔄 Exchange Policy
- Due to the limited and non-replicable nature of pre-owned luxury goods, we do not offer standard exchange services.
- In the event of special circumstances (such as duplicate orders or system errors), please contact cs@rofny.com within 48 hours of receiving your item.
🧾 Return Policy for Leased Items (TRYGVE Leasing Program)
8. General Provisions
If your purchased item is enrolled in the TRYGVE Leasing Program, any return will be subject to additional terms governed by your lease agreement with TRYGVE.
If you choose to terminate the lease early and return the item:
- Cancellation and handling fees will apply
- These fees are determined and collected by TRYGVE, not ROFNY
9. Return Process for Leased Items

- We will assist you with the return process and provide details on applicable fees charged by TRYGVE
10. Refund Timeline
- Refund processing for leased items may take over 90 business days, depending on inspection and TRYGVE’s processing schedule
- All fees charged by TRYGVE will be deducted from your final refund
⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If the item you receive is:
- Clearly damaged, or
- Not what you ordered
Please contact us immediately at cs@rofny.com within 3 business days of receipt. ROFNY will work quickly to resolve the issue and provide a suitable solution.
