Returns Policy for Leased Items
Returns of Leased Items
For items that have been purchased and are part of the leasing program with TRY, returns can be processed by us at ROFNY. However, it's important to understand that if the leasing contract is terminated before its expiration, TRY will impose a cancellation fee and a handling fee for these returns. These fees are not collected by ROFNY but by TRY as part of the leasing agreement's terms.
How to Return Leased Items
To initiate a return for an item that is part of the leasing program, please contact our customer service team at cs@rofny.com. We will guide you through the process and inform you about any potential fees imposed by TRY for the return.
Refund Timing for Leased Items
Similar to our standard returns policy, processing times for refunds of leased items can take over 90 days, depending on various factors. Please be aware that any fees charged by TRY for the return of leased items will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Additional Fees
The cancellation fee and handling fee charged by TRY are determined by the terms of the leasing agreement. We recommend reviewing the leasing terms carefully before initiating a return for a leased item.
